Meanwhile, Phase 2 of Nambiar District 25 is currently in the pre-launch stage and is already open for bookings. It will feature 800 luxury apartments across six towers with configurations of 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes, planned with 3B+G+34 floors. The RERA approval for Phase 2 has been applied for and is expected soon. Like Phase 1, Phase 2 will strictly follow RERA guidelines, ensuring safety for investors and buyers. Possession for Phase 2 is also expected from 2030 onwards, aligning with the township’s phased development.

Pricing for Phase 2 begins at ₹1.57 Cr for a 2 BHK (1250 sq. ft.) and goes up to ₹3.83 Cr for a spacious 4 BHK L (3000 sq. ft.), making it a premium yet competitive offering for luxury homebuyers.
